CAR CLUB ORGANISER INFORMATION
CALLING ALL CAR CLUBS!
Displays from car clubs of all sizes are always a fantastic feature of the Donington Historic Festival, creating a living motoring museum at the event.
For 2024 we are once again offering a great package designed to save your members money, give them a really memorable time and give your club a strong presence at the event.
Please note, we are no longer accepting new club registrations for the 2024 event, and club member display parking and ticket bookings are now closed for 2024.

Clubs bringing generators/structures/marquees etc:
If you are simply bringing some club flags and/or a pop-up gazebo up to 3m x 6m in size, and will not have a generator, you will be able to set these up when you arrive on site on the Saturday or Sunday morning, and we don't need you to complete any health and safety forms.
If you are bringing a structure bigger than 3m x 6m, and/or will have a generator, please complete MSV's safety form (only complete the elements which relate to those aspects of your club stand). If you have queries about this please contact Andrew Christofis at MSV: andrew.christofis@msv.com tel: 07595 411833 and he will be able to help you.
Early set-up and late take-down
If you have a major structure and have requested or need to set up before Saturday 4 May, you or your contractors can access the site for set up from 10am on Friday 3 May. The larger tunnel will be open that day, so big transport vehicles can get into the Infield. If you are arriving on the Friday for set up, please let me know in advance.
Major structures can be taken down on the Monday if necessary. All contractors will need to complete the MSV safety form (see link above) for equipment they are installing. Again, please contact Andrew Christofis at MSV if you have any queries.
Club Parades
Tickets for parade laps go on sale on Wednesday 24 April. All ticket holders who have booked to bring a display car will be emailed the booking link, and the places will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.
If you have any questions, please email our Car Club Co-ordinator, Karen Coe.
